Welcome Desk: If you know of anyone who is in or just out of hospital or who needs an elder or staff member to call, please leave the information at the Welcome Desk. We would also appreciate suggested names to receive flowers after today’s or a forthcoming service – call at the Welcome Desk.
The monthly Prayer Diary: For 2018 we have decided not to give the Focus Groups a month but to ask that each Group contribute ONE item (at least) per month. If you have a specific date please hand it in as early as possible. These can be given as a bullet point and we will expand. All requests can be given to Myra, Christine or Hannah or left in the Prayer Diary Pigeonhole in the Elders Room. Thank you.
Prayer Team: We are looking for people to join a team who would be willing to pray for all that is going on during holiday club this year. Holiday club will take place 10am-12pm, 16th-20th July, and we have asked a number of people to commit to praying for all that is going on each day during these hours and we would like to extend this invitation to be involved in this way to as many people as possible. If you can give anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours on some/any of these days, then please contact Ali Scott who can give you more information (07763112600, email@example.com)

If you feel you could host a small coffee morning (no home baking required), please add your name to the rota (on notice board facing disabled toilet) and enable our members to continue to meet on Saturday mornings. For more information please speak to Janey or Irene. Thank you.
Church Flowers: After the service the flowers are distributed to folk for a variety of reasons eg illness, special celebrations, bereavement etc. If you know of anyone who would appreciate receiving the flowers please leave their name with the Church Office. Thank you to all arrangers, deliverers and all who contribute. Please note I am resuming collecting the money for the arrangements. Linda McDade
Patch Praise: Over summer weeks Patch will be on each Sunday, 10.30am in Primrose Room. We are organised for programme and it’s being led each week, BUT WE NEED A COUPLE OF HELPERS EACH WEEK to help things go smoothly. Can you help one week, or more? Please contact Hannah Shanks (firstname.lastname@example.org) or the church office if you are able to help. Please do think about helping.
Holiday Club: Our holiday club this year is Pyramid Rock and will be running from 16-20 July, from 10-12 each day. It is for the P1-7 age group and is free of charge. Please call the church office if you require and further information or email email@example.com
Please also note that Café Clare will be open each day from 10-12 while the holiday club is running.
Food Bank: Donations are very low at present and shelves virtually empty. If you could pop a couple of non-perishable items into the trolley at Tesco or in the hamper in the foyer, it would be much appreciated. Eg tins of meat, tuna, stew, curry, potatoes, long life milk etc. or shower gel, toilet rolls, razors. Thank you!
