To everyone who helped in any way with our poppy display whether knitting, crocheting, attaching or hanging (in the cold and dark!) we want to say thank you very much and very well done. The response was quite incredible; we received about 1,270 poppies in just a couple of months. To those who recruited help from friends and family out with the church please pass on our thanks. Our efforts are as nothing compared to the sacrifice of so many on our behalf. We WILL NOT forget.
