To conclude our Anniversary events, a Dinner will take place at Torrance House Golf Club on Saturday, 31st May at 7.30. Tickets cost £20 and can be obtained from Ian Harrow or any BB Officer. The guest speaker will be Mr. Jim McVean, Secretary of Glasgow Battalion who has been a good friend of the Company over recent years.
Please consider joining the arranging team as our numbers are becoming more diminished. If you think you could help us please speak to either Anne Jones or Elissa Leatham.

Christian Aid – Big Brekkie:
Many thanks to all who supported last week’s Big Brekkie for Christian Aid. A total of £ 245.10 was raised by this event.
A special thank you to all the cooks, servers and to all the willing volunteers who waited behind to help with the clearing up. Your help and support is very much appreciated.
Christian Aid – Envelopes:
A Christian Aid bag is available today to receive any envelopes for the Christian Aid Week appeal. It is located beside the offering plates as you come into church. I have also left some Christian Aid envelopes on the table at the back of the church and also on the offering table, should you wish to make a donation today. Thank you all for your continued support.
Christian Aid Count:
There will be a meeting to count the donations received during Christian Aid Week on Wednesday 22nd May at the Church at 7pm. If you could spare some time to help with this then it would be gratefully received. The count should only take about an hour or so but the more volunteers we have the quicker it will be done. If you would like more information on any of these items please do not hesitate to contact Joan Thomson (01355 238100 or email firstname.lastname@example.org)
