Volunteer Drivers required:
My usual request at this time of year for volunteer drivers required for 18 June for Concert at Calderglen High School. My Senior Befrienders are VIP’s and to allow them to attend I need drivers to pick them up and return them home please. Please give names to the office. Thank you! Avril xx

Flower arrangers:
Please consider joining the arranging team as our numbers are becoming more diminished. This would entail going to buy the flowers and arranging them for Sunday mornings service when it was your turn on the rota. We usually do this on Saturday mornings. If you think you could help us please speak to either Anne Jones or Elissa Leatham.

Scripture Union Coffee Morning:
Please support our coffee morning on Saturday 15th June in aid of Blacklaw SU group, so that we can buy our P7 leavers Bibles, and the rest of the group, attractive Christian books. Any donations of baking very welcome, and if you would like to buy some baking that morning, it would be wonderful if you could bring your own container to take it home in, so that we can avoid using single use bags. Thankyou! Karen Palmer

General Assembly:
The Church of Scotland’s magazine, Life and Work, have prepared a guide to the major decisions taken at this year’s assembly. It can be found at:
www.lifeandwork.org/resources/general-assembly-supplement.

Saturday Coffee Morning volunteers:
Please prayerfully consider volunteering your services on a Saturday to run the coffee morning during the summer months (June to September) as our older members greatly depend on us to provide this invaluable service. If you are able, please enter your name on the coffee morning rota in the hallway near the kitchen. Generally two people are required each week. Thank you!
