Deaths:
Sorry to note the death of Janet McCreath, Glen Carron. The funeral will take place Saturday 29th June, 10.15am at South Lanarkshire Crematorium.
Also, many will have known Paul Kelly who sold Big Issue at the town centre and on Sundays at St Leonard’s Square. We were devastated to hear that Paul had been killed last weekend. There is to be a condolences book at St Leonard’s Square on Sunday, for any who wish to sign. The book will be passed on to his family.

General Assembly:
The Church of Scotland’s magazine, Life and Work, have prepared a guide to the major decisions taken at this year’s assembly. It can be found at:

Coffee Morning:
Thanks for support for last week’s coffee morning, which raised over £330 for Scripture Union.

Saturday Coffee Morning volunteers:
Please prayerfully consider volunteering your services on a Saturday to run the coffee morning during the summer months (June to September) as our older members greatly depend on us to provide this invaluable service. If you are able, please enter your name on the coffee morning rota in the hallway near the kitchen. Generally two people are required each week. Thank you!

Greetings from Malawi:
I hope this finds you well. Our greetings to all at Claremont.
It’s now almost 6 months that we’ve been in Malawi as a family. We put together this brief video to show what we’ve been up.

Jacqueline has found a short-term volunteering opportunity. Eilidh is almost finished at school for the academic year. Work is stretching me in many different ways. And Morven smiles through all of it. The weather is cold here now and houses are built to keep the heat out, not in! Every blessing, Gary and family
